The Forsythe Dress PDF Pattern

The Forsythe Dress is a relaxed fit dress with hip yoke pockets and a slightly dropped waistline. The short kimono sleeves attach to a narrow cuff, which can be turned up or left unfolded, as preferred. The bodice is gently shaped by curved panel lines, and the back features a button closure.  Its breezy silhouette will ensure it is a summertime staple, yet the boxy bodice cut means it is also the perfect dress for comfortable layering over your favourite turtleneck and stockings in cooler months.

FABRICS: The Forsythe Dress is best suited to light to medium weight woven fabric with an element of drape. Challis, chambray, cotton shirting, flannel, lightweight linen blends, viscose, rayon or viscose/rayon blends.
